Terms of Service for A2.Time
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using A2.Time (“Service”), provided by Mikhail Aleksandrov, a registered entrepreneur based in Israel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
A2.Time is a calendar-based time tracking and reporting tool. The Service allows individuals and teams to log and analyze time usage by integrating with their existing calendar systems.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use A2.Time. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration and Team Use
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. Team functionality is supported, and you may invite others to join your organization or workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Plans, Pricing and Billing
5.1. A2.Time is offered on the following plans. All prices are per user:
- Monthly: $19 per user per month, billed monthly.
- Annual: $15 per user per month, billed as a single payment of $180 per user per year.
- Lifetime: a one-time payment of $299 per user, as described in section 5.5.
5.2. Payments are processed by PayPal. The first payment for the Monthly and Annual plans is charged when you sign up. Subscriptions then renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and are charged to the same payment method until canceled.
5.3. You may cancel at any time from your PayPal account, from the account dashboard, or by emailing ma@a2time.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless section 6 applies, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no partial refund is given for the remainder of that period, including on Annual plans.
5.4. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes, which may be added where required by law. We may change prices for future billing periods; we will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription.
5.5. Lifetime plan. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives one user access to the Service, including the features listed for the Lifetime plan on our website and priority support, for as long as the Service is offered. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The Lifetime plan may be offered in limited numbers and may be withdrawn from sale at any time; this does not affect Lifetime plans already purchased. Payments for the Lifetime plan are final and non-refundable, subject to section 6.4. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will give Lifetime users at least 90 days’ notice and a way to export their data.
6. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
6.1. If you are not satisfied with A2.Time, you may request a full refund of your first payment on a Monthly or Annual plan by emailing ma@a2time.com within 14 days of that payment. The Lifetime plan is not covered by this guarantee (see section 5.5).
6.2. Refunds are made to the original payment method through PayPal, normally within 10 business days of your request. Once a refund is issued, the related subscription is canceled and access ends.
6.3. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment only. Renewal payments and payments made after the 14-day period are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
6.4. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
7. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Service
- Use the Service to develop a competing product
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, content, and design, remain with Mikhail Aleksandrov. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use A2.Time’s name, trademarks, or branding without prior written consent.
9. Data and Privacy
By using A2.Time, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your content. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee 100% data security.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mikhail Aleksandrov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
